I thought that I was the writer in the family.
It turns out my daughter is long winded also. 🙂
She has written a post on her piano lesson girl site that is over 2,600 words. It is a detailed account of how she intends to become Amazon’s Top Associate.
By the way, she is 15.
The post is exceptional, says a smiling proud papa.
I could have told her it isn’t possible. I could have ‘protected’ her. She’s stubborn. Check out her video.
The thing is, she has been playing the piano for nearly 12 years. She just finished pulling a trailer across the country with a bicycle.
She knows how to get things done. She knows about setting goals. She knows about hard work.
Who knows? Maybe she’ll do it.
Stop by her place and encourage her. Heck, she may even be able to get you a good discount on Amazon.
Also, encourage someone in your life today. Please.
Let them know that they are capable. It just may spur them on to do something remarkable.
Lastly, if you want to help my daughter keep the ball rolling, you can use the Amazon Search Box on her homepage to make your Amazon purchases.

Your daughter has a bright future. One can tell that she is determined. Good luck to her in reaching her goal.
Hey Brian,
Thank you for the kind words my friend. I will pass the good luck on.
Live it LOUD!
I have been trying to get my kids into starting a blog but they just don’t seem to be interested in it. I think it would be a great outlet and it would help with their creativity. I went and read the post on the Amazon affiliate and I was actually shocked that she took the time to break everything down so that we could understand it. Ha! even I sometimes need kids to break things down for me.
Me too, Kelly.
That post is impressive. Thanks for taking the time to read it all…there will be a test!
Live it LOUD!
Wow! I am impressed. I didn’t know that she was the one who wrote that when I went to add my comment to it. I somehow stumble upon this website a few days later and it took me a second to put two and two together. Tell her that I said Way to Go! I am also a writer and have been since I was about seven and really flourished over the years. I had my first article published in a newspaper in California at the age of 12 after entering in a school contest. Tell her that I said that a writer’s life is a difficult one but a life worth traveling.
Hey Rosa,
Congrats on the work paying off. I will let her know!
Live it LOUD!
Over 2,600 words that’s a long article indeed! I’m very proud to hear that. Thanks for giving out the piano lesson girl site. I’m totally surprised by her creative works and I just wanted mention at the same I was not so very creative minded like your daughter. Congratulations to you and your girl for inspiring us!! 🙂
Hey Erricson,
She is special, but so are you my friend. She isn’t afraid to put the work in, whatever the task at hand is. Thanks for stopping by at both sites!
Live it LOUD!
You’ve done something wonderful in raising such a determined daughter, Rob. The people you and your wife are have influenced the person she is becoming. Well done! As a teacher, most seniors in high school whine and moan about having to write 100 words. So I am impressed!
When I was 15, I wasn’t doing much more than a few sports and hanging out with my friends, dreaming of being a professional baseball player, but not doing much to truly pursue that dream. Kudos to your daughter … and to you.
Hey Ken,
We just finished biking across the country. Dakota pulled a trailer the entire way. The trailer weighed roughly 60 pounds. We had no trail car to haul our gear but instead plodded along like so many pioneers before us. The fortitude my wife and daughter displayed was amazing.
In the end, it’s hard for me to fathom anything being out of her reach.
Some of the most amazing people we met on our 3 month odyssey were teachers. I can only think that your students are fortunate to have you. What an important role you play. I commend you.
Thanks for the kind words.
Very Impressive Rob.
My sons have no interest in affilaite marketing or blogging but one of my sons is making a comic website about zombie’s of all things with a twist. Some life lesson learned.
It’s fun to watch the kids dream and it could be so easy to knock their dreams with the harsh reality of the rate of failure but sometimes it’s best to just let things be and let them learn for themselves and figure things out. Who knows, they may just succeed or at least enjoy the journey..
Hey Annie,
Spot on. With my daughter, she has played piano for 11 years. That is countless hours of practice. I, like you, can appreciate the idea of hard work paying off, if not in one endeavor perhaps another.
That being said, she isn’t afraid to sweat a little, so she has a ‘fighter’s chance’.
As for the Zombie boy…can’t wait to view some of those with the lessons learned.
Enjoy the journey…YES!
Rob,
Impressive little girl you have! Any 15 year-old that shows the motivation and talent like she has will have a bright future. You are doing an excellent job at home as a father. I have a feeling you could be a source of inspiration for her. Keep up the good work!
Aaron Brinker aka DadBlunders
Thanks Aaron,
The inspiration is mutual. Ever get inspired by your child(ren)? I’m sure you have. It feels good. Thank you for the warm comments and stopping by.

You have every reason to be proud. That is simply awesome, such determination at a young age is to be rewarded.
Thanks Jack,
I agree. Hopefully she will take good care of her Dad when he is in the nursing home:)
Wow! I am impressed. I didn’t know that she was the one who wrote that when I went to add my comment to it.Thanks,,!
Fantastic video! Your girl is blessed with immense talent by God. I think parents should support their children in whichever field they are interested in. This helps in their mental growth and logical thinking. My children are good in arts and I am trying all possible ways to make their career in it. Nice article, Rob!
Hey Jack,
Children have needs similar to a flower: Water-nourishing encouragement, Sun-unconditional love, Fertile soil-a good example (foundation).
Thanks for stopping by.
Rob
Thankx For This Articles i appreciate your work 🙂 <3

Hey Amar,
I was going to spam your comment, but you went through so much trouble with awesome, it weakened me.
Hey i am very glad to know about your daughter’s success story. It’s amazing that at age of 15 only she is writing so well. I think your genes has affected her. Wishing for her great future.
Hey Vikram,
Kind of you to say my friend. I’ve been telling her since an early age.

Hi Rob, I noticed your post from Skype and had to check this out You have quite the little entrepreneur on your hands. It is important for us as parents to lead the way and from what I can see you have done a wonderful job. Awesome Post Thanks for sharing Chery 🙂
Hey Chery,
I just hope she remembers us little folks;)
Thanks for spreading joy!
It was so good to know these things about your daughter. I mean 15 is too young for girls to do such activities. I feel so proud of your daughter, though she is not my daughter, she is an upcoming woman with so many abilities. Thanks for sharing this post and letting us know.
Hey Nicholas,
Thanks for the kind words.
Live it LOUD!
Dakota is a true superstar! I’m right alongside you with pride! =) She really inspires me to keep on working toward my dreams too. And thanks for the reminder to spread the positive energy! =)
Hey Sam!
All the health woes better? We hope so. My girl is going to make a name for herself (without any of Daddy’s help). Well, maybe a little.
It’s spreading like wildfire.
Talk soon.
Impressive little girl you have! Any 15 year-old that shows the motivation and talent like she has will have a bright future. You are doing an excellent job at home as a father. I have a feeling you could be a source of inspiration for her. Keep up the good work!
She inspires me!
Years ago, after a rough day, I would ask her to play Pachelbel Canon or another favorite, and my day would get better instantly.
Thanks for stopping by.
Conquering the world at 15 is like a very big thing. I will not say that a girl made it at 15 is a big deal because there is no difference between the capabilities of a guy and a girl. Girls are doing much better than the guys and this makes me feel proud. Your daughter has really done well in so many fields of life, congrats!
Hey Smith,
Thanks for the words. We have a saying around my house, “Girl Power!”
Although we change that when it’s for my son 🙂
Live it LOUD!
I impressed, she has so talent in 15 years age. Any other 15year old girl that shows the motivation and talent like she has will have a bright future.
You have a really talented girl and she is indeed using it well. This is the best reason for a parent to be proud and happy. Their child’s growth is all that matters to them and your daughter is doing very well at this little age of 15. Congrats, god bless her.
How true Daniel,
Thank you for the kindness.

This must be such a proud moment for you. I mean to say that you have a young daughter that too so talented at such a young age. That is amazing! I know you are doing it right, and I do not need to say, but still please let her follow her dreams. Not many kids are born with that extra talent.
Hey Andru,
All children are indeed ‘so talented’. I’m not alluding that my daughter isn’t special, of course she is…she’s my daughter 😉 !
But, every child has the ability to excel in one way or another, given the opportunity and encouragement.
Thanks for stopping by, and for the encouragement!
I have read the post on Amazon and I must say that it is terrific. She definitely has a bright future. The video was quite interesting. You should be proud of her and continue to motivate her to take her talent to the highest level. Thanks for sharing this information and it was quite interesting to read.
Wow Nelson. Thank you.
Staying out of the way, and applying encouragement and guidance where necessary.
Live it LOUD! my friend.
I am amazed at the article that your daughter has written. It is written so clearly and in a simple form. We always underestimate children but we have to learn many things from them.
i am amazed with the special ability of a little girl. she has shown that talent is not bounded with the age…

Hi Rob, You are blessed to have a daughter with such an exceptional writing talent. At first I just couldn’t imagine that she had wrote the post because she had detailed it so well. Also she kept the things so simple and easy to understand.
The video is amazing! It is hard to believe that a 15 year old did all this. Kids are doing so well these days, given the opportunity and support, they can do wonders in different fields. Your daughter seems really talented because writing soemthing like that is not cake walk!
Hey Dyon,
You hit the nail on the head…’given the opportunity and support’. Some will find a way no matter what. But, isn’t it nice to offer encouragement and help them along? It doesn’t just work for children!
I believe she had the video done through Fiverr. Amazing what $5 bucks can get.
Live it LOUD!
Your daughter is an amazing artist and a wonderful writer. Your post has inspired me as well to have faith in my kids and always appreciate them. These kids have so much talent, we just need to mould them and motivate them in the correct direction.
Hey Merlin,
Absolutely, to everything you said. Often we limit our children with our beliefs. A dangerous habit, for us and them. We need to have limitless belief in ourselves and children.
Live it LOUD!
I am glad I stopped by your post. It is good to see children especially girls at young age are having brilliant mind and above all plays a motivating role in elder’s life. I must say your daughter is very artistic and talented. I loved the video which she made. Simple yet meaningful. Thanks for the share! God bless your baby! Cheers!
As a very bright and dazzling future. All the best to her and keep up the good work.
this is really impressive this should be taken as an inspiration by others to achieve success good luck
Hearty congratulations to your girl! 15 is just too young age to accomplish something big (that’s what normal people think). I am really proud of your girl since she proved others wrong. I appreciate your effort behind her progress. The video she made is just too outstanding. Thanks for sharing it! I am definitely going to show this to my wife and kids.
Hey James,
Thanks for the kind words. She is growing up (too soon) before my eyes. Her and I are currently taking hang gliding lessons together. We have a couple to go before launching off the big hill.
For the record, she had the video made on Fiverr…yes, for 5 bucks! Good work.
Live it LOUD!
Rob
